Damages/Shortages

Claims for damages/shortages must be made within 24 hours of receipt of products.

This claim can be handled by emailing: info@fragrancelux.com

Fragrancelux will issue a return authorization number RA #, which must be written on the outside of the carton being returned with the products inside. Any returned shipment without an RA # will be refused.

In some cases, the value of the damaged item will not warrant a return. If Fragrancelux chooses to issue a credit only to the customer’s account. A customer service representative will advise that the merchandise need not be returned.

Claims made after the 24 hour receipt period will need to be approved by Fragrancelux

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
